SlashTable Privacy Policy

Overview

SlashTable is a desktop database client built by Make Toast LLC. It runs entirely on your computer. This policy explains what data SlashTable accesses, stores, and transmits.

Data We Don't Collect

SlashTable does not collect analytics, usage data, or telemetry. There are no tracking pixels, no behavioral profiling, and no data sold to third parties. The app does not phone home unless you explicitly opt in to crash reporting.

Database Credentials

When you save a database connection, your credentials (host, port, username, password, database name) are stored locally on your machine. They are never transmitted to Make Toast LLC or any third party. Credentials are only used to establish a direct connection between your computer and your database server.

Crash Reports

SlashTable includes an optional crash reporting feature that is disabled by default. If you choose to enable it, crash reports may include:

• Application version and operating system
• Error messages and stack traces
• General system information (OS version, architecture)

Crash reports never include database credentials, query content, or row data from your databases.

Third-Party Services

SlashTable connects to downloads.slashtable.dev solely to check for application updates and to fetch the changelog. No personally identifiable information is transmitted during these requests.

Children's Privacy

SlashTable is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the effective date above and distributed with new versions of the application.
